Big FM launches campaign to address social issues

MUMBAI: Big FM has started a campaign ‘Bendethu Bengaluru’ in Bangalore, to connect with its listeners and trash out the issues faced by the common people. Starting from today, the two week long campaign will address one major issue ranging from bribery & traffic problems to public hygiene and the likes,everyday till 19 July.

As a culmination to this two week campaign, the breakfast RJ Harsha and RJ Shruthi will take up the top three issues for Bangalore and request the listeners to vote for the most popular issue boggling the city today.

To promote the campaign, some of these major issues will be discussed at forums across the city along with local celebrities and government bodies. Besides hoardings are also placed at prominent locations.

Big FM Karnataka and Kerala cluster head Sunil Kumaran said, “We are continuously pushing the envelope in terms of content for our listeners. Bendethu Bengaluru is our next big endeavour wherein in a unique, witty, humorous way we highlight issues which affect Bangaloreans. We are extremely happy that many celebrities in the city have come forward to support us in this campaign.”
