MUMBAI: Big Street, the out-of-home (OOH) division of Reliance ADAG, has appointed Mayank Pande as regional VP North and East. He comes in from the Hay Group.

Pande said, “The OOH business in India is poised for exponential organic and inorganic growth. These are both exciting and challenging times to be here. I look forward to leading Big Street to a dominant position of strength in this space.”

Pande started his career with Hewitt Associates as a consultant and later became a market leader, South and East India. At Hewitt, he has consulted with companies in different geographies such as the Middle East, US, Asia Pacific and the Saarc countries.

After a seven year stint with Hewitt, he joined Hay Group as associate director, India. In this role, he has been a part of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team, responsible for setting business direction, business acquisition, operations management, people management and capability development.
