24/7 Real Media signs agreement to provide advertisement management to Realogy

MUMBAI: 24/7 Real Media, a global digital marketing company, has stitched an agreement with Realogy Corporation, a provider of real estate and relocation services, to provide advertisement management for Realogy’s participating network of residential real estate web sites.

The network includes brands in the real estate industry including CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, and OpenHouse.com.

Realogy serves targeted ads and online displays to home buying and selling audiences, and enables each participating site to view measurable analytics around the success of campaigns.

“We chose 24/7 to deliver this new advertising capability for our Web sites because of its proven experience and targeting capabilities. This partnership combines our leading online real estate destination sites, with 24/7’s reach and digital marketing expertise, to provide advertisers and agencies with a powerful marketing vehicle,” said Realogy vice president marketing Cathy Hoag.

Realogy will utilize 24/7’s advertising operations, including ad serving, data analysis and ad representation, with an aim to form relationships with top-tier brands seeking engagement with its audience of home buyers and sellers.

With customisation based on content, geography, demographics, psychographics and consumer interaction, Realogy will aim at enabling advertisers to maximise reach to focused audiences. In addition, through co-branded and integrated relationships, content sponsorships, video and other custom solutions, it also plans to provide advertisers with advertising opportunities and flexibility for simple implementation of any digital format.
