Sony ropes in 4 sponsors for 10 Ka Dum

MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television (Set) is heavily promoting 10 Ka Dum, the big ticket game show which will be hosted by Salman Khan.

The show will hit the screens on 6 June and will be aired every Friday and Saturday at 9 pm.

Set has already roped in a four sponsors and more are to follow. Vodafone, LG, Garnier and P&G for Gillete have already come on board.

Apart from that, IBN 7, CNN IBN, IBN Lokmat have been signed as TV partners while Big FM is their official radio partners.

“We are still in the first phase of marketing which has already got a good response. The second phase will begin on 26 May,” said Set AVP marketing Danish Khan.

The first phase is designed to create awareness among people about this concept of playing in percentages. Hence the central message is Ab India sochega percentage Mein.

The show is scheduled for 30 episodes. The channel also announced a 10 Ka Dum music video last week which is currently airing across all the channels of the network. Set is also aggressively promoting the show using DLF IPL as a platform.

Produced by Synergy Adlabs, 10 Ka Dum is an Indian version of Power of 10 and will be doling out Rs 100 million as prize money.

The game show will seek answers to questions in percentages. There are five questions which need to be answered by the contestants to win the prize money.
