CNBC India's 'Auto Show' celebrates auto manufacturers

On 20 September at 12 pm, CNBC India will examine how the Palio made a comeback with the Palio NV. In addition, the Dodge Viper will be featured in The Auto Show. The show repeats on 21 September at 10 pm.

An official release informs that the programme salutes the "can do" spirit of India's auto manufacturers and the passion of the Indian consumer.

The programme is not just about fast cars, but also about the business of buying, making and selling cars. It is designed in accordance to an informal poll conducted amongst car enthusiasts on their perspective of an auto show. Hence it is a consumer focused show on automobiles.

The show also includes an interactive segment, wherein viewers can call in or post their queries on a gamut of auto-related issues to an expert. Renuka Kriplani, an ace navigator in the Indian Rally Circuit, will host The Auto Show along with co-hosts Robin Ghose and Hormazd Sorabjee.

Meanwhile, the Good Life Show will showcase a unique therapy that offers a ray of hope to children with brain disorders. It will also have a question and answer section on oral hygiene. Nutritionist Shikha Sharma will examine how healthy wine is. The show will air on 20 September at 9 am with a repeat the same day at 10 pm.

Viewers wanting to catch up with the latest happenings in Bollywood can tune into Trendmill. This will air on 20 September at 10 am with a repeat on the same day at 8:30 pm.

The show will feature first time director Shona Urvarshi dwelling on Chupke Se. The show will also scrutinise the rules that need to be followed for a film to be a superhit. In addition, Rohan Sippy will about the trials and triumphs during the making of Kuch Na Kaho.
